Shipping policy

Orders can be shipped only to a single address mentioned at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

M@te will free-ship each order within 5-7 Working days within India only for all prepaid orders. In the case of COD, we charge Rs.50 per order. However, in some cases, it may take more days during festivals, sales, or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

Note: COD option has been temporarily disabled due to operational reasons.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Public holidays will be processed the next day.

If an order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the area is not covered, we would request you provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant's delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by Mate.net.in, in such cases, Mate.net.in will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

M@te attempts to ship all items in a single order together, however, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

All orders are shipped with an invoice from M@te. In case you don't receive an invoice, you may contact customer support at support@mate.net.in.

A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by clicking on this link Mate.net.in. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.

If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and contact our Customer support at support@mate.net.in, alternatively, the customer can also call on  +91-7840073600 mentioning your order ID. Pebble will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
